| Indie | 9:30 Club | 815 V. Street NW, Washington, DC 20001 | Great Venue, somewhat small so you can really see/hear the band. It does get pretty crowded for a lot of the shows. Most of the biggest names come here | http://www.930.com | | Indie | El Rancho Grande | 3608 Falls Rd., Baltimore, MD 21211 | Small coffee shop where I've seen some amazing performances. Couches and chairs for sitting. I think they have wireless too. They only ask for donation for the performances so it's basically free shows. Check it out. | http://www.myspace.com/itsabigranch | | Indie | Ottobar | N. Howard, Baltimore, MD | Intimate setting, a dive concert venue that is really cool. Free wifi upstairs. Hipster. | http://theottobar.com | | Indie, Club | Sonar | 407 E. Saratoga Street, Baltimore MD 21202 | Great venue - one of the best in Baltimore. I've seen some fantastic shows here. The sound system is incredible | http://www.sonarbaltimore.com/ |
