Team Building Activities
So, what is this all about?
- Please find your team assignment for the team building activities. These are randomly assigned by a computer program. In bold is your team director and in italics directly underneath is your team leader. He/she will be
your contact person if you need to organize things for your team.
- BONUS POINTS for teams that take initiatives to have team outfits / t-shirts. Start bonding!!
- And nope---I’m not providing people’s emails. It is up to you to try and search for it and find it.
- Team building activities will consist of a combination of contests between teams that include mental, physical and team activities! More details on retreat day!!! (and yes, some of it will be
outside on the beach!)
- Please take the initiative in getting to know your team members already.
- You will find other staff members and students who will be at the retreat whose names aren’t listed on here. Any team that takes the initiative to recruit them first gets to have a bigger team!
- Some people may decide to stay in their rooms and catch an afternoon rerun of Home Improvement on TBS. It is up to your team to drag them out and make sure they attend the team building activities.
Yes, there are prizes. And there are always bragging rights!
